Course Bookings and Changes

1.1 First Aid Exeter reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course where bookings are insufficient or due to circumstances beyond our control. Where this occurs, participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. We will work with you to arrange alternative dates at no additional cost.

1.2 Payment of course fees constitutes acceptance of these booking terms and confirms your place on the selected course.

1.3 Requests to reschedule a booking are treated as cancellations, and the cancellation and refund terms below will apply. This reflects commitments already made to instructors and venues.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Course bookings may be cancelled at any time, subject to the following refund terms:

• More than 10 full days before the course start date: full refund minus a £10 administration fee

• Between 10 and 4 days before the course start date: 50% refund

• Within 3 full days of the course start date: no refund

2.2 Participant substitutions are permitted at no charge at any time, provided the replacement meets the course eligibility requirements.

Participant Qualifications

3.1 Completion of a qualification course is subject to the participant demonstrating sufficient knowledge, understanding, and practical competence in the required skills. While First Aid Exeter is committed to delivering high-quality, impartial training, successful qualification cannot be guaranteed for all participants.
