This course is suitable for all learners but has been specifically designed for employers who want to promote a positive and supportive mental health culture in the workplace.
Participants will develop a strong understanding of the most common mental health conditions, along with the practical skills and confidence needed to take appropriate action when a concern is identified.
On completion, learners can act as Mental Health First Aiders, serving as a trusted point of contact within the workplace to support colleagues who may be experiencing a mental health concern.
Supervising First Aid For Mental Health
12 Hours
This course builds on the Level 2 Award in First Aid for Mental Health, extending learners’ knowledge to include a wider range of mental health conditions and a deeper understanding of available professional support options.
While suitable for workplace learners at all levels, it is particularly designed for supervisors and managers responsible for promoting a positive mental health culture and overseeing Mental Health First Aid provision within their organisation.
