I just finished the two-day outdoor First Aid Course and it was great! Indy (the instructor) was incredibly knowledgeable and made it easy to learn. We covered everything from CPR to how to handle emergencies like allergic reactions, bleeding, and broken bones, all through some really immersive outdoor hands-on scenarios. It definitely boosted my confidence in handling emergencies. It is something I would recommend to anyone as I think it is an incredibly important life skill to have!

The course leader was very kind when I had to leave the course due to triggers from a recent bereavement where I had to administer CPR. I wonder whether a short sentence to cover the possibility of someone in your teaching group being vulnerable due to past first aid experiences might be an idea with permission to be excused or talk to the instructor might help . Just an idea not a criticism. Thank you

I couldn't have asked for a better instructor than Josh. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but he's also an amazing teacher with a huge heart. Josh took what could have been a daunting course and turned it into something truly fun and enjoyable. What impressed me the most, is how affirming, compassionate and people-focused he is. Through this, Josh made sure to support each of us individually and tailor the learning experience to our needs. Thank you for teaching me life-saving skills, and for doing it in a way that kept me feeling happy, confident, and comfortable the whole time.
