Our goal is to ensure our workforce is representative of the communities we serve and that all staff feel valued, supported, and able to perform to the best of their ability.

This commitment applies to all aspects of our operations, including the delivery of goods, services, and facilities, and extends to our employees, clients, learners, and members of the public.

Responsibilities

All staff share responsibility for upholding this policy. Individuals may be held personally liable for acts of bullying, harassment, victimisation, or unlawful discrimination against colleagues, clients, suppliers, or members of the public during the course of their employment.

Complaints of discrimination, bullying, or harassment are taken extremely seriously. Such behaviour will be investigated and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal for gross misconduct.

Please note that certain forms of harassment, including sexual harassment, may constitute both a breach of employment rights and a criminal offence under legislation such as the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.

Client Rights and Responsibilities

As a client or learner, you can expect to be treated with respect, courtesy, and consideration at all times. We expect the same standards of behaviour towards our staff.

You will not be discriminated against or treated less favourably on the grounds of religion or belief, age, gender, race, disability, or sexual orientation.
